Matthew Snow Joins Blythe Global Advisors

We are excited to announce an addition to our leadership with the appointment of Matthew Snow to the distinguished team at Blythe Global Advisors. Continuing to grow from his 28+-year career at a Big 4 firm, Matt brings an expertise and track record of success across diverse industries that will complement BGA’s existing platform.

Matt’s arrival expands our expertise of eight other former Big 4 partners at BGA, creating an unrivaled synergy of seasoned professionals. This collective equips us to deliver our clients levels of expertise and strategic insights that they would expect from the Big-4.

Matt was previously at Ernst & Young LLP (EY) as an assurance partner who navigated companies critical accounting matters, financial reporting, and the establishment of internal control policies and procedures. His experience encompasses many business sectors including technology & software, manufacturing, retail & consumer products, and media & entertainment.

With such a wide-ranging background, Matt’s talent lies in harnessing his diverse experience to forge exceptional outcomes. His leadership is tied to numerous notable achievements:

• Leading a large client portfolio, consisting of public and private companies;
• Guiding companies from startup through an IPO;
• Heading buy & sell-side due diligence for his client’s acquisitions;
• Leading audits for large-scale multi-national and multi-location companies;
• Deep experience dealing with SEC transactions and reporting;
• Advised clients on interpreting, implementing and developing on-going reporting associated with technical accounting and financial reporting matters;
• Providing strategic consulting companies for IFRS implementation; and
• Advising clients on implementing the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 reporting, including on-going process improvements and control rationalization;
• Helping to develop internal control policies for emerging public and venture capital-backed companies.
