Scott spent more than 30 years at Ernst & Young in the firm’s Assurance Practice. As an Audit Partner, he worked closely with global public and pre-IPO companies guiding them through IPO readiness, complex accounting matters, operational and financial reporting, and more. Scott brings decades of experience serving clients at all stages of growth, from entrepreneurial startups and VC/PE-backed companies to multinational public enterprises. He has coordinated and led global teams throughout Europe and Asia to address global accounting and reporting for US GAAP purposes and local statutory reporting purposes. Scott has been involved in numerous transactions over his career including initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity financings and restructurings.
