Varied and specific management experience within the areas of financial controllership and audit functions. Experience includes facilitating M&A transactions and transition, external (SEC) and internal financial reporting, creating and building an internal audit department, extensive Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) experience, creating and improving financial processes, and developing policies and procedures. Experience has also included cross-functional management, technical accounting research, implementation (both IT and financial), and budgeting models.
