J. Todd Brumley Will Head the Practice.
It’s my great pleasure to announce that Blythe Global Advisors is adding Growth Advisory Services to its comprehensive set of solutions and services. I’m especially pleased to announce that Todd Brumley, a veteran member of BlytheTeamSM, will head this new practice.
Todd brings tremendous knowledge and experience to BlytheTeamSM in the growth advisory arena having been both a provider and a recipient of these services over his 38-year career. Todd has managed accounting, operations and finance as well as consulted for several nascent companies and his own companies. He also has considerable experience as a middle-market banker, lending to companies in that tier. Growth requires capital. As a former lender and borrower, Todd knows the business of raising capital from every perspective and from every stage of a company’s lifecycle. His first-hand experience in navigating growth is a major benefit to BGA’s clients.

Todd Brumley has spent more than 38 years lending, borrowing and arranging all types of capital, both debt and equity, for all types of situations and borrowers. He began his career by directly lending almost $100 million as a middle-market banker in Orange County. Prior to joining BGA, Todd was principal of his own company, Senior Debt, through which he leveraged his vast network of lenders to help entrepreneurial, small and medium-sized businesses — both public and private — further their objectives by providing senior financing. Previously, Todd served as a controller, vice president of finance, general manager and chief financial officer for mergers and acquisitions at various companies. Immediately prior to forming Senior Debt, he was director of business development at BDO USA LLP.
